Reiki level 1
This class is an 8 hour class with Hannah, given on 2 separate dates. Hannah is dedicated to teaching participants how to learn how to utilize Reiki for yourself and your own body. You will learn to clear out your own blocks and manage the health of your own energy centers. Please email to inquire about one on one individual learning.

This is a guided meditation that Hannah walks participants through. Hannah infuses her own unique vivid imagery and sound healing to open up the energy centers along the meridian lines and reset syour energetic programming. This is a class guided by Hannah in which she incorporates her own flavor of music and guided breathwork. Through your own intention and set goals, Hannah walks you through a powerful process to lead you toward your greatest release of your own limiting barriers. Group Healing Classes
Group Healing Class
This is a class facilitated by Hannah via zoom. Hannah creates a sacred space for all participants to open up and be receptive to receive healing in a group setting to work on a common goal. The group healing is a therapeutic process that involves a group of people coming together to help each other heal. Through Hannah's group dynamics, people feel less alone, feel ready to practice new behaviors, and learn from eachother's experiences. This is a class facilitated by Hannah in a group or one on one private session setting. Hannah incorporates Yoga as a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Hannah uses various styles of yoga, combined physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation
Kundalini Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga Class
This is a class facilitated by Hannah in a group or private one on one session setting. Hannah incorporates Kundalini yoga as a form of yoga that focuses on awakening and raising the kundalini energy, which is believed to be a dormant spiritual force located at the base of the spine. This force of energy is supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego. Meaning help you move past your masks, any illusions, misperceptions, and any false identities you may carry.
Personal Training

This is a class facilitated by Hannah in a one on one private or public session setting. Hannah Incorporates land training and water based training depending on the goalsof the client. Hannah works one-on-one with a client to help them achieve their fitness or health goals through comprehensive and holistically tailored training programs and guidance.
Parent & Child Private Swim Lessons
Parent & Child Swim Lessons
6-36 months
These lessons take place at the client's own pool.
Swim Starters: Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision.
PC A/Water Discovery (6-18 Months): Parents accompany children in stage A, which introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration and encourages them to enjoy themselves while learning about the water.
PC B/Water Exploration (19-36 Months): Parents work with their children to explore body positions, floating, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills.
Pre-School Age Private Swim Lessons
Pre-School Age 3-5 years
These lessons take place at the client's own pool.
Swim Basics: Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:
1. Swim, float, swim—sequencing front glide, roll, back float, roll, front glide, and exit
2. Jump, push, turn, grab
PS 1/Water Acclimation: Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water in stage 1. This stage lays the foundation that allows for a student’s future progress in swimming.
PS 2/Water Movement: In stage 2, students focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water while also continuing to practice how to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water.
PS 3/Water Stamina: In stage 3, students learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance than in previous stages in the event of falling into a body of water. This stage also introduces rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action.
Swim Strokes: Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity
PS 4/Stroke Introduction: Students in stage 4 develop stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl and learn the breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Water safety is reinforced through treading water and elementary backstroke.
Youth & Adaptive Youth Swim Lessons

These lessons take place at the client's own pool.

Hannah welcomes first timers and also clients who have fear/ trauma or trauma related to a water experience.
